Castlevania's Alucard in 3D

My take on season 4 Alucard from Netflix's Castlevania series. I really liked the design they went for in the last season, and the fact that they featured his iconic shield from Symphony of the night. This was a really fun and interesting challenge as I have been working on my ability to translate 2D character designs to 3D. I learned a lot through the process and look forward doing more like this!

High Poly sculpted in Zbrush, model retopologised and UV unwrapped in Maya, baked/textured in Substance 3D painter, rigged and skinweighted in Maya. Sword and Shield modelled in Maya and baked/textured in Substance 3D Painter.
